What information do we collect?

Purchases Made Through One of Our Properties

We contract with a third party partner (currently, Target.com) to provide online order selection and fulfilment services for the BAR products (“Products”). All orders for Products through this website will be fulfilled by and through Target.com and its websites. By making a purchase through our website, you permit Target.com to provide us with your name, shipping address, and email address and order details after you complete your order. You acknowledge and agree that you will be leaving one of our Properties to select Products and place your Product order. Our third party order fulfilment partner will make available to you its website policies that govern its collection of Personal Information from you. Any Personal Information you provide to such third party will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy and website terms of use, and not to this Privacy Policy or the BAR Terms of Use.

Online Advertising

To provide you a more relevant and interesting experience, we may work with third party companies to display ads elsewhere on the Internet. These companies may use cookies (a small text file), pixels, or similar technologies that are placed in browsers to gather information about your visits to BAR Properties as well as your visits elsewhere on the Internet. These companies use this information to provide you more relevant advertising known as interest-based advertising. What choices do you have regarding your Personal Information?

When we delete information that we have collected from or about you, it will be deleted from our active databases, but may remain in our archives.

The Services may contain links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by BAR. This includes links from advertisers, sponsors and/or partners that may use our logo(s) as part of a co–branding or co–marketing agreement. The provision of such links does not signify our endorsement of such websites, location or its contents. We have no control over, do not review and are not responsible for the privacy policies of or content displayed on such other websites. Please be aware that the terms of the Privacy Policy do not apply to any outside websites (including, but not limited to, any of our e-commerce providers).

Privacy of Minors

We do not intentionally collect or maintain information from persons under the age of 13. If we determine upon collection that a user is under this age, we will not use or maintain his/her Personal Information without the parent/guardian’s consent. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13, we will make reasonable efforts to delete such information from our records.

BAR has put in place commercially reasonable and appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. However, no company, including BAR, can fully eliminate security risks associated with Personal Information.

We also require that third parties providing services on our behalf protect Personal Information and not use it for purposes other than providing assistance to BAR.

Because we are a global company, your Personal Information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers. We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time.
